After my initially disappointing Tuesday venture (Jarvis is on backorder) i've come home with two gems.

First is Superman, which is pretty much self-explanatory, but I will give commentary anyways.

Of the two, Batman is of course the better character. Not many question this. Superman does have one hand up above Bats though, and this is that at no point have I ever been reading a Batman comic, watching a movie or cartoon, or any other medium he comes in and thought "Gosh, it would be so cool to be him". Bruces is a miserable sod, not that fun. Supes, however, now there's a superhero tha enjoys himself. Not with the same youthful vigor of Spiderman, but really now, who wouldn't want to fly and be indestructable?

The next item up is Muse's last album. Now there here is quite possibly the most over-the-top, exaggerated, and outright silly album I've ever heard. And I like Rush. Just listening to Knights Of Cydonia gives a good idea of what this album contains, but it must be taken in as a whole to really grasp the whole space-funk-prog-rock-cowboy-thing going on. So there, go get Black Holes & Revelations and bask in just how ridiculous the entire thing is. Better than Absolution? Can't say, they've broken away from the old Radiohead mold so I've yet to really compare.

09:28 am - The Human Race
It may have taken me a wee bit o' time, but the last New Order album has gained my oh-so-critical approval. Now I haven't had a Djarum Black in quite some time (In comparison the supers really are just that), but any song called Dracula's Castle is instantly endearing to me.

Over at that lovely place known as Ikea they carry little frames sized just right for mounting your most cherished CD covers. Let us review what they have hanging in one of their example rooms just above the entrance. The Damned, Jesus and Mary Chain, Seal, (we don't speak of that though), and....wait for it...His N' Hers.

Oh yes, Jarvis will rule the land and all will spin The Wheel 2000.

One day I will make a post actually relating to life over here. It might even be coherant without silly things like the above sentence.

That was a lie and you all know it.

Now a concert itinerary

I have nothing against this area

Despite my complaints, I do love Detroit

Sadly though, it is just not for me

Arrangements have begun for my moving to another area come October
